Getting Started

Step 1: Create an account

To start with GrovePay, you need to register an account with your email address and a password. In addition, you will need to provide some basic information, such as first name, last name, and phone number. This helps us verify your identity and comply with anti-money laundering regulations, among others. Kindly note that the required information is for the Admin User. To continue to the next step, click on the "proceed" button after completing the entries.

Step 2: Business Registration

In this step, please enter the details of your business, such as its name, address, and country of operation. To proceed to the next step, click on the "proceed" button after filling in these details.

Step 3: KYC Setup

Step 4: Validate your account

After the first step, an automatic account verification email will be sent to the registered email address. You are required to log in to the registered email, if not already done so. Open the email and click on the "Confirm Email Address" link in the email. You will be automatically redirected to where you can log in after your registered email is confirmed.
